EMBO | Women in Science
EMBO is an organization of more than 1800 leading researchers that promotes excellence in the life sciences in Europe and beyond. The major goals of the organization are to support talented researchers at all stages of their careers, stimulate the exchange of scientific information, and help build a research environment where scientists can achieve their best work.

AcademiaNet
The database contains the profiles of women academics from all disciplines. AcademiaNet is supported by a network of research organizations from all over Europe. It was initiated by the Robert Bosch Stiftung (Germany) which created the database in 2010. In 2020, the Swiss National Science Foundation took over the management of AcademiaNet.
